in order to have sex with someone the other person has to consent to it, or else it is considered rape. rape can emotionally and physically damage someone for long periods of times
the only way the other person can consent is verbally! so that means if the other person does not say yes to it, DONT HAVE SEX WITH THEM
you cannot threaten or exploit them to give consent, they have to give it themselves without being forced
poking a whole in the condom is also considered rape! the person agreed to have sex with you yes BUT they only agreed if you have the condom on
also !! a drunk/high person cannot make that decision since they are not in the right mindset, so even if they say yes still do not do anything sexual with them
one more thing !! even if you have done it with a specific person in the past, the other person still has to give verbal consent every time
