Dear @GOP and @GOPChairwoman
I know you have your hands full at the moment, but I want to talk to you while everything is fresh. I'll keep it short. 6 points.

1. There are a LOT of Republicans and Righties in the US. We turned out in record numbers and proved that a large turnout was not necessarily a Dem win. But you MUST push for registration and higher voter turn out.
Hire @ScottPresler to teach you how to do that.

Yes, Biden got more votes still. Do you think next time the D candidate will get less? Doubtful. If you don't turn out like the Dems do, you will be blown out next time. Bank it.

2. The Black and Latino communities are your key to winning long term. The Dems have abused these communities which, by the way, hold conservative values. Hire people that these communities respect and do the work NOW for 2022 and 2024.
If not, you're a dead party.

3. Do. Not. Hire. Mouthpieces.
Hire teachers like @SonnieJohnson. Hire writers like @JeffOnTheRight. Hire constitutionalists like @bpmgrod.
Do not kid yourself that your higher turnout with Black men was solely because of Trump. You realize you still lost a lot, right?

4. Florida is the way forward. Trump won Florida because the GOP has become the middle class workers' party. But that is a tenuous position. Figure out what worked and duplicate it.

5. Texas is purple. Yes, it is still red this election and probably one or two more. But you are dangerously close to losing the feather in your cap. WORK. THE. STATE.
7/
7/
The time for sitting passively by and watching the votes roll in is over. If you continue to take Texas, or any state, for granted, you will be a dead party.
8/
8/
You know why Texas was even thought about being in play? Because Democrats Do Not Stop. They never see a state and think "We can't run that." Instead, they work and work and work, and now it is paying off.
Learn from that or disappear.

6. Lastly, do not ever, EVER, put up a Romney-esque presidential candidate again. After watching how Trump fights back and never backs down from a challenge, we will not support a Dem-Lite, milquetoast, "Don't worry he's really a conservative" candidate again. Ever.
