Managed to find Aunty. Tested COVID +ve again and as result they want to send her home ('there is nothing we can do for her here') but because they hadn't spoken to us didn't understand how complex that is

Social Worker has again been a star and we have a broad plan. But I cant stress enough to HCPs. If you want to get people through hospital quickly families are people you need to involve not ignore!

And finally.... I do get how irritating it is to have phone ringing and ringing when you are busy. I rang and waited for at least 2 lots of 20 minutes...... Speak to your managers about putting in place a relatives help line. I just wanted to speak to someone! Be proactive
