Target’s Every NBA Team Should Go For This Offseason (Draft, Trade, Signing)
In this thread I’ll be giving you my opinion on why this NBA Team should target a certain player.
Atlanta Hawks: Juancho Hernangomez

Juancho brings more depth and shooting to the team, which is what it needs. I personally feel as if it’d be a good fit, being the backup PF for the Atlanta Hawks.
Boston Celtics: Myles Turner or Onyeka Okongwu

Myles Turner is a good fit for any team, but on the Celtics he could have lots of potential for them. Turner would help the team a lot, giving them more shooting and big man depth. Onyeka is a great fit too, having potential as well
Brooklyn Nets: Jrue Holiday

Nets really lack of perimeter defense and Jrue would help in so many ways. Elite off ball player, and can greatly be the playmaker. Amazing defender too. Nets need him ASAP.
Charlotte Hornets: Christian Wood

Any player is good for the Hornets. He could be their starting center. Great player and was amazing after the ASB. He could be huge for them.
Chicago Bulls: Deni Avdija

Bulls need a playmaker and Deni would be amazing for them, taking that SF role. The Bulls have had a lot of injuries this season, and it was mainly at the SF spot. It’s a match made in heaven.
Cleveland Cavaliers: Derrick Jones Jr.

DJJ would be nice for the Cavs. Good defender who can occasionally hit threes. I would like to see Garland benched and have an experiment with Cedi or KPJ starting, so that SF spot is open.
Dallas Mavericks: Avery Bradley

This one isn’t so likely, but it would certainly help the Mavs. Any perimeter defender would help the Mavs. He could be there starting PG and would help a bunch defensively.
Denver Nuggets: Jerami Grant/Paul Millsap

In my opinion there isn’t much of any changes the Nuggets do. They just made the WCF as a young team, so only experience will help them
Detroit Pistons: Montrez Harrell

Pistons don’t have much happening, so like the Hornets any player will help. Trez is a high energy guy. He could be a nice compliment with Blake.
Golden State Warriors: James Wisemen

An obvious choice, Wiseman could really help the Warriors. Add’s more interior defense, and a great player. He would fit in that starting center role perfectly.
Houston Rockets: Myles Turner

HELP. HARDEN. OUT. The PNR would be nice, and they can still run 5 out. Turner would help their post defense a lot while still being very impactful, Rockets fans have wanted him forever.
Indiana Pacers: Gordon Hayward

Hayward would be a very nice fit in Indiana. We saw that the Turner-Sabonis idea doesn’t necessarily make for a clean fit. Adding more off ball movement would help a lot, and it could lead to Sabonis being a huge part in their playmaking once again
Los Angeles Clippers: Ricky Rubio

Rubio would be an amazing fit for the Clippers, being one of the best playmakers in the league. He showed bud impact helping the Suns go 8-0. Kawhi also wants a PG, which means the Clippers will definitely be looking for one soon.
Los Angeles Lakers: Derrick Rose & Demarcus Cousins

Another secondary ball handler would be great for the Lakers. Rose would be a decent fit. Great player in the mid range and could help the bench/starting lineup. Boogie is also loved by Laker fans. Lakers could def use him well
Memphis Grizzlies: De’Anthony Melton

Melton proved how good he was defensively and the impact he brought there. Grizzlies loved him and should definitely try to bring him back.
Miami Heat: Victor Oladipo & Danilo Gallinari

Oladipo would be huge for the Heat. Great
defender and a bucket for their guard spot. He won’t bring anything negative there. Galo would be a very nice fit as well, adding more shooting/veterans for the Heat.
Milwaukee Bucks: Chris Paul

Another Floor General would be ideal for the Bucks. Paul proved his impact and value this year. Amazing player. He could really help them in the PO where they struggle. Bucks should and WANT CP3.
Minnesota Timberwolves: Aaron Gordon

AG would be huge for the Wolves, bringing in another good player. He would help them out offensively and defensively. AG really needs a change of scenery. I don’t see him being in the Magic’s future, but the Wolves could really help him out.
New Orleans Pelicans: Brandon Ingram

BI had an amazing season & proved he’s a top 10 SF. Elite scorer & talent. Has so much potential, already becoming an all star. NOP would be lost if he’s gone from the team.
New York Knicks: Fred VanVleet

FVV would fill in the Knick’s PG spot that they have struggled at. Good playmaker and proved he’s a great player for any team this season. Knicks should go for it.
Oklahoma City Thunder: Donte Divencenzo

It’s official time for OKC’s rebuild. They have great asserts and can use them to get young gus like Donte Divencenzo (which would be ideal.)
Orlando Magic: DeMar DeRozan

The Magic have shown extreme interest in DeRozan and could use another scorer any day of the week. DeMar is a great isolation scorer and the Magic would love that. They have the defenders to surround him with as well.
Philadelphia 76ers: Buddy Hield

What else can I say? One of the league’s best shooters and would be a great fit, we could see how much he’d help this non-spacing Sixers team. Morey will make it happen.
Phoenix Suns: Landry Shamet

Shamet will help with their guard rotation. A great shooter, averaging 37.5% from 3. He could be a key bench piece for the Suns.
Portland Trailblazers: Kevin Love or Lamarcus Aldrige

Love is obviously the better fit but LA wouldn’t be bad either. Spurs are rebuilding and LA is probably on the trade block. Love isn’t happy in Cleveland and could help the Blazers out big time. Great floor spacer.
Sacramento Kings: Bogdan Bogdanovic

Bogdan had a great year for the Kings and the Kings obviously have shown they prefer him over Buddy. Great shot creator and compliment to Fox. They also intend to match any of his offers from this year’s FA.
San Antonio Spurs: Mo Bamba

Bamba would be the Spurs starting C. The Magic haven’t used him correctly and prefer Birch over him. But I have a feeling San Antonio can make it work.
Toronto Raptors: Serge Ibaka

Ibaka was amazing in the playoffs, being the X-Factor for the Raptors. Gasol is gone and I’m not sure they trust Boucher yet, so Ibaka would just be great.
Utah Jazz: Jordan Clarkson

Nothing big, Jazz are still developing so just find depth. Clarkson was great in the playoffs and is a huge piece for their bench, averaging 15.6 PPG, 2.8 RPG, 1.6 APG for the Jazz.
Washington Wizards: Davis Bertans

Bertans is a key part of their team. Bertans Wall and Beal can be a deadly offensive trio. Capable of a lot of things, this team can make a playoff push.
Rt’s heavily appreciated, this took a very long time. Have a good day, love you all!
