Oct. 27: 94.8%
Oct. 28: 97.1%
Oct. 29: 95%
Oct. 30: 93.1%
Oct. 31: 90.9%
Nov. 2: 89.6%
Nov. 3: 93.3%
According to postal & voting experts, all but 1 of those days (Oct. 28) had unacceptable scores.
