- Atlanta, 82.2%
- Central PA, 61.3%
- Philadelphia, 66.3%
- Detroit, 78.9%
- Greensboro (NC), 72.9%
- Lakeland (Wisc.), 76.8%

** These are completed ballots sent to election offices. **
Nationwide ballot processing scores by day:

Oct. 24: 94.7%
Oct. 26: 93.4%
Oct. 27: 94.8%
Oct. 28: 97.1%
Oct. 29: 95%
Oct. 30: 93.1%
Oct. 31: 90.9%
Nov. 2: 89.6%
Nov. 3: 93.3%

According to postal & voting experts, all but 1 of those days (Oct. 28) had unacceptable scores.
These scores are the % of ballots that were processed (sorted, postmarked, transported, everything but pickup and delivery) within 1-3 days.

That means 6.7% of ballots in the mail system **yesterday** were not processed on-time.
UPDATE: In new legal filing, USPS says it discovered 13 ballots during facility sweeps in Pennsylvania that were referred to management for delivery.
