Even if Biden scrapes home, this is another election which shows you that the Left just never learns. A few pointers that apply quite widely for the Left in the west:
1. Stop acting as if you own ethnic minorities and THEY owe YOU an explanation when they don't vote for you

2. Drop the academicese and theoretical crap all you graduates learnt at university. No one beyond the seminar room gives a fig about 'white fragility' or 'intersectionality'. Learn to speak sodding English and talk about concrete stuff that means something to most people
3. Just shut the hell up about certain fringe issues. 'Defund the Police' is an insane thing to shout about in a year of rioting. 99.9% don't care about trans rights one way or another. Even stuff you think helps get out the minority vote doesn't, because they have more sense
4. Drop your sneering attitude towards the working class and people without degrees. They hear and sense your contempt for them and their values. It oozes out of every pore. They care about family, their local area, a sense of order, their faith - and they know you don't get it
5. Drop your addiction to hating your own country and your crack-like addiction to open borders, globalization, free competition and trade. Most people don't see these things as a jolly, exciting opportunity. They see them as a threat. People want SECURITY. They are AFRAID.
6. Most of all, LISTEN. The Left nowadays has 1 mode: transmit. It thinks it can just tell people what they should think. Many people are too afraid of you accusing them of being something-ist or something-phobic to disagree openly. But quietly they don't agree & won't be bullied
7. But when you're campaigning, find a POPULAR message and ram it home so hard everyone knows. Campaign on the ground that suits you, not your opponents. Signal that you hear them on cultural issues and drop woke blithering, then talk about jobs, wages, pensions RELENTLESSLY
If you are remotely serious about winning, why not give the above a try? I mean, your current approach isn't working, is it? What is there to lose? Both far lefties & liberal soft lefties are failing miserably because they don't sound like, think like, or feel like the majority.
