One of the more interesting things I’ve seen today is “Vote for policies, not personalities.” I respectfully disagree, & I like to think this is one thing on which I’ve been consistent in a lifetime in which I’ve been moved from hard right to center left. 1/
Our gubernatorial situation in Ohio right now is a great example. DeWine, for all his faults, for his mewling to Trump, is a person of character. God help us if Mandel had been the top man throughout the past nine months. I’d rather have a person of character 2/
with whom I deeply disagree on issues, than a person of zero integrity. It matters. It’s why my ballot was *still* bipartisan this year in a couple races. I wish more people felt this way. /end.
