NEW: Confusion & chaos unfolded at a Madison County precinct today where officials quietly moved 2000 mostly Black voters, tripling the tiny precinct's voter roll.

At the now overwhelmingly white precinct Madison Co. officials moved voters out of, voting took 20-40 minutes & there was ample parking.

“I got halfway through the line & got told the (precinct)...had changed, so now I have to go to a different place and do a line all over again. Madison Election Comm. Atty: “The negative stories have helped (get) the word out. So everything we can do to notify voters, we’re trying to do. And then some, you know.”

Does the Mark Apartments clubhouse look like a socially distanced polling place to you, with voters crowded around a tiny kitchen island with 8 voting booths (and 3 scanners they have to use to scan the ballot in)?
