It is not often that employees get to showcase their vast knowledge of Ontario to travellers, as the centre is frequently "accidentally" missed. However, with an influx of U.S. citizens to Canada, employee Barbra, age 62, predicts what she says will be the centre's magnum opus.

As U.S. voters anxiously await the fate of American democracy, so, too, do the employees of the Windsor Travel Information Centre for what could be the professional opportunity of a lifetime.
