The thing that gets me about Covid attitudes is the correct approach is to be sufficiently worried about it that you take all necessary precautions all the time.
Let me explain.
Yes it is very highly unlikely to kill most people. But it is moderately likely to make your grandparents and people with existing issues very sick indeed.
Every micro decision everyone makes to reduce their social interactions makes a real difference not perhaps to them but to someone else.
Every single decision. I will not go to the pub this evening. I will work from home. I will make a mask. I will wash my hands. I will eat in and not go to a restaurant.
They all make a difference.
And whatever your age? Do you really want to have a very nasty dose of the flu? Do you want to risk the extremely unpleasant effects of long Covid?
No you don’t. Not if you’ve got any sense. So do the right thing. Go the extra yard for everyone else if not you.
It’s as simple as that. All those micro decisions we make every day.

Do the right thing.
