. @AmericanAir has been damaging 1.95% of wheelchairs carried and now justifies this new policy by saying that its in the best interest of people with disabilities...to prevent further damage...?
What @AmericanAir needs to do is redesign wheelchair handling and overall customer care for people with disabilities...not further isolate and discriminate paying customers.
I have personally had my wheelchairs damaged or totaled. I have faced extreme discrimination, emotional trauma and physical harm. This is not acceptable!
We MUST put an end to the discriminatory practices @AmericanAir has in place. These policies are hurting people with disabilities globally. Its time to #CripAmericanAir
