The Republican party is not Christian. They are literally just saying that to get your vote. Everything they do is as un-Christ-like as possible. Stop being gullible and use the brain you believe God gave you.
I have no patience for this shit anymore. You're not "voting your beliefs" when you vote Republican, you're voting your fears. You're afraid that if the Republicans aren't in power, Christianity won't be in power. But that ship has sailed. Republicans aren't Christians either.
You're clinging onto the idea that only Republicans will stop abortion, but ignoring that Republican social policies re: women's healthcare, contraception, sex education, and poverty are causing so many of those unwanted pregnancies in the first place.
You think the very concept of the family unit will be destroyed unless Republicans enforce it. But Republicans are ripping children from their parents at the border. They're taking black fathers from their children at disporportionate rates. They're letting sick women die.
No one is trying to take away your right to be a Christian. This is America. Everyone has the right to worship, or not, as they choose. You just don't get to impose your religion's laws on others—nor do they get to impose their religion's laws on you. That's equality.
Stop letting the Republicans con you into thinking they're all that stands between you and godless hell. Look at what they're *actually doing*. They are pretending to serve Christ while actively working against his teachings. I'm pretty sure the Bible talks about folks like that.
