Outside is a the "vote and park" operation where voters remain in their vehicles while election volunteers act as proxies by running their ballots and voter registration into the building.

The "vote and park" method is slower due to the line poll workers have to wait in inside. Everyone I spoke to parked outside seems content waiting.

Take care of your car battery if waiting outside. There were a couple of dead battery situations.

Voters can also walk up and vote if they do not wish to enter the building.

Inside, voters are also allowed the the traditional voting option.

And everything is sanitized A LOT by poll workers.
