On the legal front, campaign counsel Bob Bauer says there’s been “minimal” problems with voting nationwide.
Bauer says last-minute lawsuits filed by Republicans in Montgomery County, Pa. and elsewhere won’t succeed and are designed to cause confusion.

“These are not bona fide legal claims against voters … They have no merit. They don’t deserve the press attention they’re generating.”
