The Fawcett Society welcomes the fall in the gender pay gap but cautions that because we are missing a quarter of employers from the data, we only have a partial picture.

We have used the full time mean average gender pay gap for this from ONS data published today - this year it is 11.5%, down from 13.1% in 2019.
When you include part time workers this pay gap is 14.6%, down from 16.3% in 2019.
