1. Given how vague/broad their request is & general requirement to engage at such an early stage I can’t see how they can refuse the request. Just as I predicted. 2. Failure to allow PL extra time would just result in any Judge (again, months down the line) saying they were entirely unreasonable in their conduct at a very early stage. You can’t just demand the PL open their books... I’ve been trying to tell you it’s not how the law works..
