THREAD -- Today, Americans who want to save this country from the malevolent authoritarian narcissist are at every disadvantage:
(1) They believe in science, so they’re more reluctant to brave the pandemic at the polls;
(2) they are the targets of voter suppression;
(3) they are the targets of voter intimidation;

(3) they are the targets of voter intimidation;
(4) they are threatened with legal challenges against a full counting of the votes;
(5) & they need to overcome an electoral college that most recently handed victory to a demagogue who got some 3 million fewer votes than the person that the majority of voters actually picked.

Yes, the table is tilted & the game is rigged, but this uphill battle has to be won. It would be merely the first step in a LONG road towards correcting some wrongs, but it has to get done. Let’s hope our country rises to the occasion.
