Debunks will be compiled in thread and in this post 👇 https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/janelytvynenko/election-rumors-debunked
Want to do some debunking yourself? In this thread you'll find some practical tips and tools.

And, of course follow @BuzzFeedNews on Twitter and read http://buzzfeednews.com  the website. https://twitter.com/JaneLytv/status/1323390891332173825
One last thing before the debunks start: Information changes. What was accurate five minutes ago could be inaccurate now.

We'll do our best to keep you up to speed with everything we find but check back often. Ok let's goooooo
1. No, voters aren't receiving pre-filled ballots en masse.

According to @factcheckdotorg and @BOENYC, this voter used the wrong envelope and mailed the ballot back to themselves.
2. A former US intelligence chief shared a misleading photo of Joe Biden without a mask.

The photo was taken before the pandemic, in Nov. 2019.
3. According to election monitoring authorities in Philly, this tweet is "deliberately deceptive" and the sign is within the bounds of election rules.

These images were taken in Philly, PA, a battleground state we're likely to see targeted with more misleading info.
4. According to officials in Allegheny, PA, they have had no issues or concerns with ballot counting, contrary to a viral tweet saying otherwise.

"No one is being blocked from anything," the officials tweeted.
5. The Attorney General in Michigan is reporting misleading robocalls going out to voters in Flint falsely saying residents should vote tomorrow.

"Today is the last day to vote," she tweeted.
6. This video seemingly showing a poll watcher get denied entry is misleading.

Poll workers can clearly be heard saying the man is not registered at the correct location. That's because each party is only allowed one watcher per location (src: https://www.phillymag.com/news/2020/11/02/pennsylvania-poll-watchers/) .
