1. He may be indicted for his role in covering up the hush payments to Karen Mcdougall (why Cohen went to prison)
2. Defamation lawsuit from Summer Zervos - she claims he sexually assaulted her
3. Allegation Trump Org used non profit funds to enrich Trump biz.

4. Another defamation action - E Jean Carroll - alleging he raped her in the 90’s
5. Allegation protestors at Trump Tower were assaulted
6. NYAG investigating whether Trump Org inaccurately valued real estate to obtain loans and tax benefits

7. He’s being sued for $2million in unpaid fees by his former lawyer
