Meanwhile, the challenge of climate change hasn't gone away. If we look at the two things together, there's an obvious opportunity to do something constructive about them both at the same time. The answer is to start a Green Industrial Revolution. We can do that right here

We've always innovated & led way industrially, we have the expertise, workforce & the land with much of the basic infrastructure in place already. As Mayor, I’ll prioritise investment in low carbon technologies whether big projects or quick win schemes like insulating homes. 3/4
The economy has to work differently after the pandemic is over. We can't go back to doing things the same old way. We must build back better, a Green Industrial Revolution is the way forward.
