Reminder: since the early 1980s the West has supported most of terrorist groups, starting from the Mujahideen in #Afghanistan that laid the ground for the creation of Al-Qaeda whose affiliated groups in #Syria are still being sponsored in order to overthrow president Assad.

If certain terrorist groups are considered as useful in order to achieve a geopolitical goal their members are immediately labeled by the Western elites as "Moderate rebels", if those same dudes dare to bite the hands that feed them they are rebranded as terrorists.

Some examples of "moderate rebels" (Terrorists) supported by the West:
_ Mujahideen/Al-Qaeda (Afghanistan)
_ Chechen Republic of Ichkeria (Russia)
_ Turkistan Islamic Party (China/Central Asia)
_ Mujahedin-e Khalq (Iran)
_ Nusra Front/HTS (Syria)
_ Ahrar Al-Sham (Syria)

#US imperialism led to the radicalization of many Muslims in the Middle-East but what's really insane is that the CIA directly trained terrorists in order to wage a proxy war against countries considered as enemies such as #Russia or #Syria.

Asking the US (also the UK) to stop supporting terrorist group to achieve short term geopolitical goals should be a top priority for Europe in order to guarantee the safety of European citizens, unfortunately #EU countries don't have any sovereignty so it won't happen.
