@milantheshrink Here is what I suggest Doctors for ethical branding. #DoctorsAndBranding
First and foremost, don't have the guilt that you are talking about yourself. When people choose their doctor looking at online reviews, it's inevitable that you are there, too. #DoctorsAndBranding
The objective for our branding is not acquiring patients, but sharing knowledge. Give first. You will receive automatically. #DoctorsAndBranding
Think of yourself not as a marketer but as a community leader who is responsible for the well-being of its members. That will change a lot of things. #DoctorsAndBranding
Define your speciality sharply. And make it part of your social identity. Like @milantheshrink who is a Psychiatrist. Or like Dr Ankit Patel @SpineSurgeon_IN #DoctorsAndBranding
Give your community guidance on well-being in 3 areas: 1: How to be so healthy they don't need to come to you! 2: managing the illness well. 3: New research and developments in your area of expertise. #DoctorsAndBranding
Help people with tips that they can use in daily life. How to sit, how to manage stress, dental care tips, what to do if someone is a caregiver? What exercises should be done, diet to follow? Things that affect people's lives. #DoctorsAndBranding
Give patients your guidance on how to manage through changing seasons, endemics and pandemics. In the clutter of news people want to get information from real experts: YOU! #DoctorsAndBranding
In a nutshell: Don't sale your services, but give guidance and information to patients and care-givers. Be visible, be current, add value and you will be remembered when people will need your expertise. #DoctorsAndBranding
