Fear is a fast drying metaphorical metal and if allowed into the crucible of your mind, it gains the power to build chains that hold your best qualities hostage.

To break these chains, start at the origin of fear and pull out fear sponsored beliefs one root at a time.

To do this, learn to have a healthy relationship with risks and use the positive outcomes from those risks to replace elements of fear with new elements of confidence.

Further, choose to see the hypocrisy in fear.

People often entertain the emotion of fear as a means to protect themselves. In that, they listen to the voice of fear and give birth to fertile ground for worry, weakness and anxiety to grow.

So, the very emotion that conned them into seeing the illusion of safety, in reality created something they actually should fear by allowing fear itself to gain control and influence.

When presented with fear, listen with one skeptical ear and one stoic ear. This will allow you to objectively discern whether there’s actually something to fear or if you’re merely letting limiting beliefs govern your mind.

This isn’t to say that you should never feel fear as it’s simply a part of life. It’s just to say that fear, when felt should always be questioned.
