Voting Republican correlates with the idea of supporting pro life , anti mask, anti black, anti lgbtq, anti social welfare programs, anti creative funding programs, anti free education, pro guns, anti womxn, anti fair job access, anti fair housing.
I said correlates because I can’t speak for every Republican and I don’t like conversations like this because it welcomes internet harassment. In America many people don’t walk the walk or talk the talk. A vote for Trump is a vote for societal regression.
A vote for Biden halts this regression, but it does not guarantee or correlate progression as Biden is not progressive. What it means is we must move towards holding him accountable as he and his partner Harris both have hypocritical pasts and campaigns.
We need reform and progressive ideals , leadership and economic models that represent the ideals of the people that is void of 300 year old philosophy written by bigots. The problem is our models don’t speak to today’s problems.
Am I afraid of tomorrow? Well I’m afraid everyday my life has had a lot of trauma but I do have faith that we will have better days and times. I wouldn’t base my music, my podcast, my friendships or collaborations on the idea of doing better. Go vote, be an advocate for change.
