However, by the majority consensus, voting in secular states has been deemed as shirk. The evidence for this comes from the Quran and Sunnah

It follows that, since legislation is only for Allah, then if someone votes for a human being to make laws for them instead, they would be committing shirk
They are taking this person as their god and asking them to create morality for them

This would mean that any human being can create their own morality
And human beings can justify anything. If they create their own morality, then morality would cease to exist. Because everything would be justifiable

The divine law is set in stone and should be used by every Muslim
