On this election night eve, I want to share a few things.

1. Your local news is not "fake." We are your neighbors, friends and fellow citizens.

2. Be patient and anticipate hiccups. That doesn't mean our election process is failing.
3. Prepare early! Pack your ID, a few snacks and maybe even a book, and don't forget your mask.

4. Elections are never fully certified on election day. There are more mail-in and absentee ballots, which means a little more time to count.

5. There is no evidence of voter fraud.
Our democracy is the envy of the world for a reason. Tomorrow, no matter who you vote for, let's show them all why.

Happy (almost) Election Day, y'all!
