Bathing is a ritual to be carried out at Brahma muhooortham

Are we following this basic ritual time at 4am ?

Virtues of various snanams like Varuna snanam, prokshana snanam, Nithya snanam, mantra snanam, kaapila snanam(sponge bath fr fever), kriya snanam, malaharsha( herbal oil bath) Ganga snanam hv been extolled in our vedas as per our needs n s of life.
The garuda Puranam talks of the kind of purity from water n the mantra to chant

apvithra: pavitrova sarvasthaam gatopivaa, ya:
smaret pudareekaaksham sa: baahyaabhyantara shuchi:
sri harirhari: pundarikakshaaya nama: iti atmanam prokshya
Our vedas says it's the moolya kria-a sanyasi must have bath thrice a day, a married person twice and a brahmachari once.
Every Puranam n upanishad has spoken the effect of bathing. Cold bath revitalises and hot bath cleanses the body n mind.

Never enter the kitchen or hv coffee without having a bath..can we dictate such terms now a days?

Will u take snanam at 4am in these times?
