HEY EVERYONE i know everyone is doing like "self care uwu~" reminders now but i want to give you some concrete things to do
set some reminders on your phone to take your medications. put your medications in a place that's easy to get to. if you have as needed medications maybe put them in your line of sight
figure out some food for the next couple days. stuff that's easy for you to eat and good for you on an anxious stomach. if you need to do some prep, consider doing it now
also like, figure out how to be comfy? like if you're gonna be glued to the news or whatever maybe put the nice pillows and a blanket out there now
the comfy thing goes for other body stuff too. like. get out your heating pad or if you have one of those physical therapy zappy thingies get it charged
also if you're like "i'm not going to doomscroll all day. i am going to do [THING] instead" make sure you have everything set up to do [THING] and then do the other stuff too in case you end up doomscrolling all day anyway
