I have theory on who the king in light is, or more a theory on what he is. 1) we know it's a he 2) we know it's a god.
For the longest I thought it was a celestial, or an eternal. But I no longer think that. I think the king in light is exactly Knulls opposite

What I mean by that: the symbol for him is hidden in the Knull symbol, it's always in the darkness. I don't think that's a coincidence. I think it has always been there. Before everything, exactly like Knull. I think this might being predates celestials and all life like Knull
Life had to come from something. We know the celestials invaded the darkness and created the Mutants, Inhumans, and Eternals. But where did the celestials come from? What created the gods? How did the celestials weaponize and wield "the light "?
I think the king in white is the answer. A being more ancient than time, like Knull, who showed the celestials ( and maybe created them ) how to wield the light as a weapon to to carve life into the darkness. I think Knull doesn't even know he exist, or if does, forgot over time
This being knows Eddie exist. It's coming for Eddie specifically. I think that's important. I also think it's important to notice the parallels between Icarus and Wraith when wraith found the light. Dying like he was too close to the sun after searching for his maker.
The king in black is gonna rock our world, and it's all I can talk about and anybody can talk about. But I think it's important we remember there is another. The King in Light. And he is coming as well. Always light in the darkness.
I could be wrong. Entirely. Just my tinfoil conspiracy out of hype. Cannot wait to see what @Doncates and @RyanStegman have waiting for us when the King in Light shows up in the middle of King in Black. Or will he? Maybe it will be another event? Who knows. Only they do. For now.
