I need a reality check: In 2015 I wrote that in most offices it'll be seen as unprofessional to not wear a bra if people can *tell* you're braless. I don't think I still agree with that, unless you're in a very conservative industry. Go braless if you want. Am I off-base?
And more relevant to what I'm writing now, what about on going braless on work Zoom calls? A problem or no?
I should add -- the letter I'm answering is from a manager wondering if he should say something to the braless employee. Situation is not blatant. I'm going with "no."
