Over the last couple of years I've read a lot about Celtic fairies and I became fascinated by the intersection of fairy faith and nature.

Fairies were not what they are portrayed as today. They were dark and dangerous and feared.

I've started a new project, partly inspired by the @modern_fairies, to tell the stories of fairy encounters, as recorded and documented by many folklorists over time, including W. B. Yeats and Walter Evans-Wentz.
