Normalize cutting toxic people off and ghosting parents who did nothing but wear your emotional health down without having to cause drama or issues and move on with your life. Focus on yourself and try to be a happier person cause like it or not life is short.
I'm not saying you should magically erase the pain away, your emotions are valid and you have every right to feel the way you do but please consider how quickly time goes by and you're gonna waste away being a bitter person? no that's not good for you
Pick up a new hobby like drawing, music, crafting, etc. or continue working on the one you already know and hone your skills and i can almost guarantee you'll feel better physically and mentally. Remember you are valid, don't let other people bring you down, move on without them.
