5/ The authors of the German strategy paper include random German guys like this with essentially no background in infectious disease, but a long history advocating closer economic ties with China.

7/ This is pretty devastating stuff, but tldr: more psychopaths selling out their country, including one of the co-inventors of the COVID PCR test, and governments basing sweeping policy decisions on pseudoscience from sketchy sources—all leading back to China.
