Let's evaluate what we know. We know that @DrZeroCraic was sent a document that said CONFIDENTIAL in BIG LETTERS on the front. We know he was sent this some time between 11th and 16th April. We know @LeoVaradkar sent it cos they've both admitted that. Here he is saying as much
We know on the 17th of April @DrZeroCraic 's colleague @andyjjordan1 was claiming they hadn't seen said contract, cos here he is tweeting as much in a tweet which is now deleted. Yet on the same day here's a text from him telling @DrZeroCraic to scan said document to him
He also seems very keen that nobody knows that they have this CONTRACT as @DrZeroCraic called it in his text
Today he said in a tweet which is now deleted that it wasn't a contract, but a document that was subject to change. This is completely at odds to what Minister for Enterprise and Trade, Tánaiste @LeoVaradkar said in his statement on Saturday. #LeoGate #LeoTheLawbreaker
In fact @LeoVaradkar said in his statement that the NAGP having the contract was no big deal, because it was done deal as far as the IMO negotiation was concerned. The contract was not published publicly until 17th May 2020 in fact. So who is lying here and why? #LeoTheLeak
And this article from the times from 28th April 2019 stated that it was very much in the NAGP's interest to be at the table for the contract negotiations as they were losing members and in serious financial trouble. BUT the health minister was ADAMANT that NAGP were not part of the negotiations (thanks @RomanShortall )

The NAGP was done for a year before, there were severe governance issues and they were losing members hand over fist. They absolutely NEEDED the negotiations to go their way or they were going to lose even more members and more money. They were in a hole

This morning on Morning Ireland Justice Minister @HMcEntee stated that the document that @LeoVaradkar had leaked to NAGP was the cabinet agreed document, however FG were in government with FF back in April 2019, and yet FF hadn't seen it https://www.rte.ie/radio1/morning-ireland/podcasts/

Oh and evidence that @andyjjordan1 was still laying it on thick on 29th April that he hasn't seen the document that had been in his unions possession since at least 16th April

And here we have a Twitter message from @DrZeroCraic to @SimonHarrisTD the then Minister for Health asking for a copy of the deal. He is told the Minister will "Look into it"

And here we have @DrZeroCraic indicating he is meeting @SimonHarrisTD for a secret lunch on date unknown. Did this lunch happen? What was discussed? Why was is secret?

They were very keen to get their hands on the Confidential IMO contract, why was that?
And here @DrZeroCraic boasts about how much @LeoVaradkar pulls strings for him. If they were supposed to have it as a key stakeholder, why was the Taoiseach pulling strings?
Here's the crux of the issue. @DrZeroCraic admits that he's not supposed to have the document, using disgusting language to do so, and says that it will undermine the IMO as they have to take time to present it to their members. So there ya have it. They shouldn't have had it
