Today Liverpool is at the very epicentre of the false narrative that the Labour Party has a greater problem with antisemitism than the general population. Ex MP’s Ellman and Berger are paraded as victims. Well I’m sorry but I’m a victim and so is my constituency.
False allegations were made in April 2016 Nothing was specific no names were provided. The lie was posted on social media by a councillor- Ellmans agent.I demanded an investigation but nothing happened.Just before conference right wing Guido Fawkes published an anonymous document
It contained such nonsense I was able to have an article published, entitled “Lies Libel and a dodgy dossier”. It libelled me but because it was anonymous I was powerless. Here’s Ellman using this unauthorised document to close our constituency down. The document wasn’t credible.
McNicol was asked not to use the dodgy dossier but he did . At the Pride March I had been bullied by Ellmans agent. There were witnesses and an independent complaint made against the little guy but the investigation didn’t follow protocol and no discipline was taken against him.
I submitted a subject access request to Councillor Small - but he instructed me to give him two cheques 1 to the Jewish Labour Movement and one to Progress LTd. I complained to McNicol and Ben Westerman ( of Panorama fame) but Small did this with impunity as usual.

Palestine. Individually and collectively we have been unjustly vilified and thrown to the wolves. The Independent Press Standards report exposed without a doubt that the Jewish Chronicle put together a string of lies to paint a false narrative of how we treated our MP.
In Liverpool many of us who have made complaints against right wingers and the faux left who collude with them are ignored. One person has 7 complaints against them which include data breach, aggressive and racist behaviour but the complaints are shelved and abuse with impunity.
The lies printed in the Jewish Newspaper came from The Labour Party. Tom Watson was sneaking around with Lee Harpin sending stuff to Jenny Formby to discredit my CLP. Even the ex Lord Mayor of Liverpool was exposed for the nonsense he was spewing against us.
I defended a badly disabled member of my pensioners group who had been cruelly taunted on social media by a councillor. The police investigated and persuaded the Cllr to apologise. The Labour Party subjected the disabled man to a cruel and unnecessary investigation.
The disabled pensioner had to reveal his medical records. He filmed the hearing and he pleads with the panel asking what is the complaint against him but no one knows. The Jewish Chronicle printed that it was false of me to claim a councillor was being investigated for this.
However the Investigation by The independent press Standards were given the evidence from the Police hate crime unit and confirmed that it wasn’t false of me to make this claim. And yet the Labour Party disciplined me and complaints against regional officers for subjecting the
...severely disabled pensioner to an unnecessary investigation have been ignored. Is it really necessary to explain that the Wavertree councillor who “cruelly taunted etc “was to the right of the party and the disabled pensioner suffering with cancer is on the left of the party?
A number of so called Parody accounts abusing me have been reported to the police.These are anonymous but many know who they are but can’t prove it.I noticed that the ex Mayor of Liverpool was tweeting from Spain at the same time as 1 of the Parody accounts coincidence of course
I fought hard for almost a year to clear my name after the Jewish Chronicle published 4 articles against me and my CLP. It was satisfying that they were exposed by Ipso and my libel action settled in my favour forcing them to apologise.This is why I will never be gagged by Labour
I totally agree with Jeremy Corbyn - 1 antisemite or racist in our party is 1 too many but equally I agree with him in saying that allegations of antisemitism were, “dramatically overstated for political reasons “
