The idea that one must be a member of a community in order to discuss a problem related to that community is a master recipe for an echo chamber.
Adjacent to this, please do some serious self observation about whether you or members of your community are prone to using histrionics, tears, hyperbolic accusations, and unduly emotionalising of issues to avoid scrutiny and get what you want.

In this world, if you cannot accept that no matter what you believe or stand for, there will be others who believe something else, or stand for something else, then you are really not ready to be an adult living on this planet, because that’s the most basic fact of life.
