Numerous players speak on behalf of the group, whilst Owen Farrell almost takes on the role of a traditional head coach. Intros and debriefs training sessions, with a big focus on attitude and consistency.
And if Eddie Jones allows chances for player-led feedback mid-session at the highest level in international rugby, then this has to be a huge focus for us in development football. The list of potential benefits of this is endless.
