90% of OP fans still don't understand how to powerscale OLDBEARD and it's annoying af, so here's a THREAD explaining exactly that.

Obviously he got a lot weaker with age but that doesn't mean Oldbeard wasn't at the top of the op world.

If you want to SCALE OLDBEARD and want to use MF feats, you logically have to calculate the amount of damage he took beforehand.

His sickness just grew after this point.
It made him slower and obviously much weaker.
Even his HAKI.
He couldn't dodge attacks anymore, like he showed before with ACE etc.
He got shot & stabbed here & there which logically continued making him weaker and weaker.
Nonetheless he showed what the power of the strongest man really is.

And still after all this time:
That attack on the top right panel wasn't even ment to hit Akainu but he jumped in to block it.

Then (100% FRESH) AKAINU attacks the (HALFDEAD) Oldbeard and he blocks it.

An attack from probably the strongest admiral & he still blocks it in this condition.

One double page is enough to knock Akainu down.
YES Akainu blew half of his head of BUT it was against the absolutely nerfed already halfdead WB who didn't care about anything anymore at all.

I'm sure, fresh Oldbeard could easily deflect his attack but this isn't fresh Oldbrd

WB could have just stabbed his haki staff in his head while Akainu was lying on the ground.
WB prolly thought that's enough to defeat him or some shit.
But imo Oda just didn't want to kill Akainu off.
And it still took him time to get up of that attack.

AND EVEN IF Akainu "won" this fight in YOUR OPINION, it doesn't matter.
Fresh OLDBEARD in a fair 1v1 in a lonely place would beat the shit outta him.
