When all of your chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, & harmony exists between the physical body, mind, & spirit. Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning "wheel", wheels of free-flowing positive energy that then have the Kundalini or Serpent Force Rise up through them.
Root Chakra (Muladhara) sits at the base of your spine (tailbone area) & represents your foundation or your ability to withstand everyday challenges which can easily drain energy & have you feeling uncertain.
