Some of you may have seen the bizarre scenario last night ( @GGreengage thanks for your support) where I was told it was told it was deeply offensive so refer to myself as having breasts and must only refer to myself as having "moobs". The conversation was nasty and abusive.

1/?
It raised all sorts of questions and clearly there is much misinformation.

Therefore I think this is an important topic to address.

Under the impact of (synthetic) hormones breast tissue develops over a 2-3 year period. On average this tends to stop at size A or small B.

2/?
It is not unheard off however to get to size C or D.

The developing breasts contain breast tissue and not fat therefore the term "moob" is grossly inacccurate.

For any who pursue transition for sexualised reasons it is common to seek implants.

3/?
That is not to say that breasts do not naturally develop but rather the goal is often pornified airbags.
The developed breasts do contain milk ducts, however lactation was always noted to me as a medical emergency from my very first dose. It indicates a dangerous imbalance.

3/?
There are unsurprisingly not insignificant communitues where lactation is astrong fetish and therefore the goal. This is only achieved through self medding and is never a part of the gatekept TS experience.

4/?
Morality aside breastfeeding has been supported in a few high profile examples. This is done through a regime of high doses of hormones especially progesterone. I have yet to see a study on resulting quality or safety.
Progesterone is not routinely prescribed.

4/?
The risk of breast cancer significantly increases under Oestrogen however remains lower than biological women age 40+ (its higher in hormonized trans than younger women). Breast screening is therefore routine for transsexuals. There is nothing fetishistic about it!

5/?
Currently in the UK screening is linked to sex. This is an issue as transsexuals require breast and prostate screening. I am given the choice of which one I want depending on a free choice of what I want my sex to be.

6/?
I absolutely accept the argument that a surgically created vagina is not a vagina - it is an "artists approximation" and therefore to refer to it using the same biological terms is appropriation.

However from a biological stand point the word breast is correct.

7/?
That same science that we rely on to say TWAM, to demonstrate sexual dimorphism and immutability says that feminising hormones produce breasts. It is disingenous to rely on science and biology only whenit suits.

8/?
Irrespective of whether you like it or not you cannot change biology. Yes, it is revolting to see fetishist misogynistic men wave breasts at the world. The issue isnt whether they are breasts its with whatever processes that gave access to the hormones.

9/?
Just to finish this a quick poll!

Do you consider "breast" to be an exclusively biological female term?
