We have to do the opposite— take up this new challenge that has been thrown to us, take commitments of huge amounts. It’s going to hurt, and if it doesn’t, we’re not participating. We’re letting soldiers participate, get amputated, but we’re not amputating where it hurts us.
We should sacrifice collectively, and amputate that part of our wealth that’s been collected over our lifetimes. Don’t disenfranchise yourselves just because you’re far. Send a message to Armenia that the diaspora have spoken and the result is $20 billion in all Armenia fund.
Imagine the message that’ll send to the int’l community. We lament that they don’t listen, but with that kind of collected wealth, the aid and attention will come.
It’s right now, it’s not tomorrow or next month, but now.
