Only seekers of knowledge can defeat her. Maya is Avyakt( not manifested in three guun of rajas, Tamas and Satva or Triguunatmika), Avidya(Ignorance of one's true identity) and Anaadi (Eternal) Para shakti of Parmeshwar, we call this Maya.

The Cover of Maya has engulfed us, so that we are unable to recognise the Brahm in us. To defeat the power of Maya we have to imbibe Satoguun (Happiness, Satisfaction, Compassion, Pardon, Self realisation etc).

Explanation:This mantra says that the enemies had spread their empire in the entire Prithvi.They had become the owners of all the wealth comprising of all valuable things. But Indradev defeated them and ended their regime. They could not stand before the might of Indradev.
