Yup. They initially came from the other direction. After they passed, they went up a few blocks and came back to pass the sign waving group a second time. The fire truck had sirens and horns all on blast the whole time. https://twitter.com/mallriot2020/status/1323065031475408898
Turns out a neighbor followed them to see specifically because they were running the sirens the entire time. They were able to confirm that the fire truck is privately owned. It led the caravan followed by this vehicle.

The PP caravan was a steady 15-20m stream. Then they circled back to pass the BLM sign group going the opposite direction for about another 20m.
