Eric Trump initially agreed to testify to NY AG, then withdrew invoking “Constitutional rights” relating to the Manhattan DA’s criminal investigation, a.k.a. The Fifth Amendment. Don Jr. also invoked the Fifth to the Senate Intel Committee investigating Russian interference and in Robert Mueller’s investigation. And as a reminder, none of these men were convicted in investigations related to Joe Biden. They all worked for and with Donald Trump.
