Tweet 2, his mugshot, is in the public domain because the government made it. Omar Qazi was arrested for the illegal possession of marijuana and LSD. His mugshot is #14 in the news story

And, Omar cowardly used Smick Enterprises as the takedown tool, he's too scared to do it himself. Qazi's DMCA takedowns are illegal, since he doesn't own his mugshot, and the 7 second near-crash clip was fair use. I look forward to holding him accountable. #Tesla $TSLA $TSLAQ 5/5
