Caring about each other's well being and looking out for one another is how we will win. We care about other people and that is our strength. This is why we will survive. This is how we will outlive them.
It's not *enough* to care. We still have to fight. We still have to be militant. We will have to take risks and push ourselves and break the law.

But communal care and mutual aid are our key strategic difference. It's why they will burn out and we will keep going
On the right they will call each other wimps, pussies, fags, for being weak, for not manning up and pulling themselves up from their bootstraps.

On the left we will make sure everyone is eating. We will make sure you know we have your back. That is our key strategic difference.
We might both use signal/wire. We might both use FOSS. We might both have guns, and rally, and spread propaganda and collect intel.

But they are fighting for a world of hatred, nationalism, war, isolation, violence, fighting over scraps. A world for "the strong" alone

Not us
We are fighting for a world of love, of solidarity across difference, a caring world, a world where everyone has something to eat. It might require violence in self-defense against the right wing to achieve this, but we are fighting for love. This is how we are different
In the words of Assata Shakur

We must love each other and support each other

That is CRUCIAL, strategically, to how the left can win against the fascists. Even if we must also use violence. We will lose if we lose our love and communal care. Communities of trust survive.
I'm also talking about mutual aid projects. The left is trying to help people we don't know, because we care about them. We are trying to help each other. We are trying to ensure everyone is eating. This is something we do that they don't. That don't give a shit about strangers
Any leftist group, space, or movement that loses track of love and communal care, is going to fail. We cannot defeat the right in the game of sheer force alone. They have the state on their side. They have the military. We are rag tag plucky protagonists up against Goliath.
What we have, that they don't, is that we care about each other, we care about other people, we look out for each other, we look out for strangers and our neighbors, we have mutual aid and communal care. We literally have the power of friendship and the power of love.
We do need self-defense and weapons and operational security and protests and arson and all that good stuff, too, probably

But we will all burn out and fall into despair, and become destroyed physically and mentally, without loving each other and supporting each other
We need strong communities of trust. We need to build strong bonds of trust in our communities and in our comrades. It's very very hard but it's crucual. Love, care, and trust.
(I can't take credit for these ideas. Assata Shakur, adrienne marree brown, and Chelsea Manning are the primary sources and inspiration of these ideas)
(oh and Mordecai Kaplan to some extent I guess)
