I dropped my blunt in the pool today, don’t worry I still smoked it. Denzel isn’t the only who can land a plane in a body of water. Anyways, as I was rescuing my paper plane from an unfortunate death i started to think about how waste we actually drop in the ocean.
And it made think about how high the fish would get if the waste we dropped in the ocean was in fact only blunts. We “the humans” dump 14 billion pounds of trash in the worlds ocean a year. A year? so Lets just say that thats 14 billion pounds of weed for the hell of it.
No one would want to live a neighborhood that had 14 billion pounds of weed dumped into it a year. In fact everyone who lived in that neighborhood would probably do whatever they could to stop this from happening. you would be tweeting and calling everyone for helP.
for more fun lets just say the people who were dumping this 14 billion pounds of weed into your neighborhood were 5 foot 10 Ewok like aliens and everyone who lived where you were said hey we can‘t do anything about them creatures you’re on your own.
Which is basically what we do to the fish. we are the ewok like aliens dumping the 14 billion pounds of weed in this scenario by the way. The people in the neighborhoods are the fish. Just making sure this make sense because I smoked the blunt that I rescued at the beginning.
lets say the entire neighborhood started smoking this weed. Which sounds like fun until all of the weed, oh yea you can’t escape. In fact you can’t breathe. then that weed smoke, turned your neighborhood into weed gyres vortexes. a weed tornado. killing 1 million of your friends
And family. Even some dogs. And maybe your pet duck.
Oh lets say 2 million of the folks in this neighborhood could fly. Maybe they could escape and you’re right. But lets say 1 million of you die (thats how many birds die a year because of plastic).
I have no idea where I’m going with this honestly. But I just want to say we’re killing the ocean. which makes up 71% of earth. tiny small humans are destroying something much bigger than they are.
How can something so tiny in the grand scheme of it all be the most destructive in that scheme. the little things are why a lot of things fail. We are the little things. And whats even more interesting is that it's the little things that can make a difference.
I know yall probably be like this dude Marty get high and turn into Captain Planet. Lol. Which brings me back to the weed think. If we all reach into the pool (ocean) and start removing what we dropped we can make a huge difference. My pool is clean. I reused my weed.
I reused my weed. I am now happy and high. I was already happy I must admit. If we all reach back into the ocean and grab the " weed"everyone could be high and happy including the fish and the mother nature.
How many beautiful things can we make out of one man's trash?
Gotta get back to work. I'm currently working on some really cool stuff have been for a really long time. I'm dropping 20 books next year and 2 video games. 😎🤯
And I'll be working on building the first park of many.. You know the ones I mentioned the other day.
