have any epitwitter people done a thread on that rally paper? i'm trying to get through it but christ, i'm sorry but i'm pretty sure all quant econ papers are written to be as dense and unreadable as possible

like maybe i'm just getting lost in epi lit standards vs econ lit standards but like, if you say something like this, then i sure as hell expect at least a table showing baseline characteristics?

also sorry but if your literature standards involve making something impossible to understand & leaves out important shit then maybe you need to think for a moment about what the actual point of academic publishing is
