(1) Ok, so v3 of the Lockdown #2 Guidance has come out - this is the second amendment of the day. As usual the former guidance is taken off the http://Gov.uk  website, so you can't see the changes. But as I saved v2, I can show you what they are. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/new-national-restrictions-from-5-november
(2) First, the short description of what has changed is a "minor update to guidance", which doesn't tell you much, frankly.
(3) Change 1 is confirmation that no area is going to move into Tier 3 between now and the coming into force of Lockdown 2. This refers West Yorkshire (which was going to go into Tier 3 on Monday).
(3) Change 2 is the variation already flagged by Nadine Dorries MP - children under school age (and those are dependent on care) when with their parents won't count towards the permitted outdoor gathering of 2
(4) The final change, Change 3 is a different age level above which the regs consider a person vulnerable - it's 70 now, not 60 (70 accords with existing definitions in the 3 Tier regs).
