If you want to relay an incident to the Voter Protection team, please ask the following questions before passing along the report, so that the Voter Protection team has the information it needs to address the issue:
1) WHO is affected and WHO can we contact on the ground?

2) WHAT is the exact barrier to voting?

3) In WHICH county and, if possible, which polling place, is the incident occurring?

4) How recently did the incident occur?
5) How many voters are affected?

6) How long has this problem been going on?

7) Is the issue still going on or being fixed?

8 ) Is this incident attracting media attention?
